3.2 You accept that we will attach XBRL ‘tagging’ pursuant to the ‘mandatory tagging list’ as specified by HMRC. Documents will be tagged in accordance with HMRC guidelines and should an uncertain tagging decisions present itself, we will utilise the best matching tag from the taxonomy or contact you for clarification.

3.3 You consent to be ultimately responsible for submission of the iXBRL document to HMRC and therefore we accept no liability for any charges incurred by you in relation to submission of relevant documents. You are responsible for the content of uploaded accounts which must be the final version. We will not amend any uploaded documents. Where documents are uploaded containing errors, they will be processed and no refund will be available.

3.4 Timescales provided on our website are in working days. A working day in this context is a calendar day that is not a Saturday, or a Sunday, or a bank holiday in England or a public holiday in England. These working day periods will commence the working day after an order is accepted.

3.5 Prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT which must be added to the price payable and you accept the liability to pay this tax.
