The Process

Step 1:

Go to “My Account” at the top of the page and create a personalised account.  Here you can create a unique username and password to allow secure access to our services.


Step 2:

Once logged-in, click ‘start new order’ in the left hand menu. At this point you are required to select the number of sets of accounts/tax computations, number of pages in each and the desired turnaround time from the drop down lists.  


The overall price to pay will be computed based on the selections made. When you are happy with the selections made you may proceed by clicking the next key.


Step 3:

You may now upload the accounts/tax computations in either Microsoft Word or Excel format.


Step 4:

Your payment will then be handled by our third party external payment system.


Step 5: Confirmation Email / Further Information

Shortly after completing payment you will receive an email confirming your order and an invoice for your purchase.

In the rare cases where there is any ambiguity in application of the taxonomies, we will contact you and outline the necessary course of actions and potential interpretations for you to consider.


Step 6: Completion Email & Download

Upon completion you will receive an email informing you of the progress of your selected ‘jobs’.  You will then be able to return to the site, log-in and download the tagged file for submission to HMRC.
